FEW COMMON CENTS
Start with food manufacturing research and development, analyze your competitors, understand the market, make some spreadsheets, set rational goals ahead of you! Don't full yourself, staying rational is more important than having big dreams! Realize that building your commercial kitchen from the beginning is substantially riskier than putting the risk into renting a pre-made space... Be patient and wait fro the right time to jump into your own location. But still remember even after the move from a shared kitchen into your own place, you are still renting the "OWN" place! Commercial rental kitchens are a way to head start all of this, a safe kitchen rental space where you create and sell from. Be aware the first few month of the sale will be below expectations, it takes in average 6 month to get somewhere - somehow but it will happen! You will either realize that's the way to go or have the proof that - NO way ! this is not for me. Both realizations are important. In any case just go ahead and find a location to work from, do it professionally, hire people to help you out, and you will find a way!
